The building is very comfortable, and Van Metre is super-responsive. Van Metre promised a bunch of improvements when they took over the building a couple years ago. At first I was skeptical but Alisha and her group have been doing everything they promised to do and more. I am glad to be in this building and I am glad Van Metre is my landlord. If something goes wrong, I am confident they will take care of it promptly and professionally.
